RESTRUCTURED BYLAWS

The following documents are draft copies of the Official Bylaws that have been restructured to make them easier to read (as requested by several Association Members). Article XVI, Section 5 of the Bylaws permits the Board to authorize corrections in the Bylaws where there is an obvious error or for clarity, provided "such corrections or additions shall not change the substance of the verbiage." The Board is currently reviewing these documents to ensure no substantive changes were made. You can do so too! Just take a look.
